Who we are

Salome Elevated Counselling service is a counselling service for individuals, couples and companies seeking counselling service either for themselves or for their clients if an organisation.

All references to “I”, “me”, and “my” on this Policy page refer to Salome Elevated Counselling.

 

Personal data we collect and why we collect it

The information you provide through form filling such as contact forms on my website or listing pages, in-person or in any other form where I ask for additional details, for the purpose of providing psychotherapeutic counselling therapy, are only used to communicate with you when needed. These are all relevant information about our work with the client.

 

Storage and Fair Processing of client’s data

I follow the guidelines of Data Protection Act/GDPR in collecting, processing and storing data.

I work and follow British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP’s) Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions guidelines.

 

Retention period.

Your data is kept secure for a required number of years as specified by any legal organisation of which I am associated with following Data Protection Act/GDPR guidelines and will be destroyed forthwith when no longer needed.
